How to prepare for your slot
If your panel requires fasting, stop eating after dinner and drink plain water only. Water matters more here than in cooler climates, because a dehydrated patient is a harder draw and a harder draw means a longer visit for everybody. Wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily. Keep your Emirates ID ready for identity verification at the door. If you take blood thinners, or you have felt faint during a draw before, tell the collector when they arrive rather than afterwards.
